It started back in 1986 with Ken Palmer building quality homes in Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpinteria. Many years later in 2014, Zev Marmorstein and Ken crossed paths as neighbors in Carpinteria. After a few years working together on new construction projects and responding to many plumbing service calls, Zev and Ken decided to open Rincon Plumbing, Inc. Today, we employ a small team of handpicked plumbers who excel in their trade and serve homeowners and small business owners throughout Santa Barbara County. And, Snoopy is our business guru who keeps us tame.
